A notable dish on the menu of An Can Saigon is a bowl of Pho, a bread with a price of 100 USD (more than 2.3 million VND), made by chef Peter Cuong himself.
Before receiving the Michelin star, Ancan Saigon won the Best Restaurant Award in Vietnam within the framework of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants in 2021 and 2023. The restaurant was founded by chef and owner Peter Cuong Franklin and opened. Doors welcome guests from April 2017. Mr. Peter Cuong Franklin is a Vietnamese-American chef who studied at Le Cordon Bleu and trained at world famous restaurants such as Caprice in Hong Kong, Alinea in Chicago and Nahm in Bangkok.
